CANCELLATION POLICY

Rescheduling & Cancellations •Any changes must be made 24 hrs before your appointment. •All cancellations result in a forfeited deposit. •Rescheduling must be completed within the same day to not lose out on the deposit. •No-shows who do not contact me are subject to being blocked from booking future appointments. Late policy • Please always let me know if you are running late. • I do offer a 10 minute grace period, after that the appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-show and forfeited deposit. Deposits • I do require ALL clients to send a deposit and it does go towards the service. • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred once rescheduling is made within the 24 hour window. Failed Cards or transactions • Invalid or Declined cards will be banned and blocked from booking future appointments until the amount is fully paid.
